Summary of Events Planned
TPYCC’s ‘Boaters’ Weekend’ begins Friday, Apr. 12/19 and finishes Sunday Apr.14/19; and will offer visiting Yacht Club members access to all our other services: golf, tennis, walking, clubhouse/dining.
Cost: $160 per person all-inclusive [includes food, liquor, games, entertainment – no gratuities/service charges will be added] for all events except those a la carte options listed at the bottom of the page.

12:00 - Quarter Deck Bar opens; guests greeted by ‘hostesses’ on arrival
12:00 - Club’s Pro Shop open and Tennis Courts available all day
16:45 - Happy Hour w/ hors d’oeuvres at QuarterDeck
17:45 - Call to dinner by Commodore w/ firing of boater cannon
18:00 - Served dinner in Clubhouse (steak & lobster)
20:00-22:00+ Dancing to music by The Midnighters
22:00+ - ‘midnight’ snacks and bar at the Quarter Deck

RATTLESNAKE SALOON LUNCH: Saturday, a 40-passenger bus will leave the Club at 10:30 for a 45-60 min. ride to the Rattlesnake Saloon 32miles, across Tenn.River in Colbert County for one of their famous lunches, returning to the Club by 14:30. Cost approx. $35 per person. [includes bus, beverages, lunch, camaraderie]
Summer Evening Golf Social: A popular Club event last year, this is a game of fun using a ‘putter’ on 9 greens. Fee includes a bottle of wine w/glass, and cart; Saturday, from 16:30-18:30; $30 each.
