Annual General Meeting

Please plan to attend this important update meeting.  New Officers for 2022 will be proposed and elected.  General club information will also be shared from each of the current Officers and board members.  The agenda is as follows:

1.      Receipt of reports by standing committees

2.      Election of officers for the ensuing year

3.      Election of 3 members to the Board of Governors

4.      Such matters that may properly come before the Club

Please sign and return your Proxies sent by mail if you are not able to attend

We will have a Potluck lunch following the Annual General Membership meeting. This is a very important meeting and many will attend in person.  For those that are planning on attending in-person we'd like to have a potluck starting at approximately 11:45.
