RESCHEDULE Opening of Short Creek/Blessing of the Boats

CANCEL THE SHORT CREEK OPENING FOR APRIL 1 AND MOVE TO APRIL 15TH. 

Weather forecast is for high winds, if we going to raft up let's have a nice day so I am moving the date. I will be wrong so be kind. 

As is tradition, we will raft-up the boats at Short Creek on April 15th. We plan to leave the dock at 12:30 and raft-up about 1:00 and break the raft at about 4:00, depending on the group. If you do not want to be tied-up that long (both literally and figuratively) do not let that keep you away, you can anchor and we will have a dingy to bring you to the raft. Bring an appetizer to share while we get together on the boats. To add to the atmosphere we will have Scott Morgan playing guitar. It will be a great event to get the boating season started off.

Please RSVP so we can get a rafting plan together and I will be around Gossip Hall at noon to finalize the plan. If weather gets in the way, we may reschedule.  I will send you an email to let you know.
